Translation rates
Our regular languages are Dutch, English, German and French. For each language pair, a word price of € 0,15 and an hourly rate of € 45,- is charged.
As part of our standard procedure, each translation is checked by a proofreader.
The word count is based on the number of words in the source language.
- For all assignments, a minimum rate of € 45 per language is charged.
- For repeat assignments and large texts, a volume discount is possible.
- For urgent assignments (to return within 24 hours) and assignments that need to be worked on during the weekend, no supplement is charged.
- Corrections on texts supplied by AT Utrecht are free of charge.
- For attested translations, a supplement of 20% is charged.
- For highly specialized texts, or texts that are particularly challenging in any other way, a supplement is charged.

All these rates are exclusive of 19% VAT. No VAT charge is made for customers outside the Netherlands.
Rates for additional language pairs, writing assignments, text editing, desktop publishing and engineering work are offered on request.
